Great article, Alon and a great reminder. I've had those sessions where the numbers are down and it is actually really nice to be able to treat the students there to some special attention. Also after a few years of teaching I realised that some people come to a few classes and then disappear, only to come back and be hugely committed a year or two later! The timing just wasn't right before, or they just couldn't fit it into their lives the right way at first - whatever it was, they remembered and came back when they were ready. You just never know why people are there or not there anyway, so no point in worrying. Thanks!

I recently discovered your work and was thrilled to be on the conference call today. Thanks for sharing your wisdom as well as offering a space for like-minded folks to connect. I mentioned a book titled Rewire Your Brain, it's actually titled, Rewire your Brain for Love: Creating Vibrant Relationships Using the Science of Mindfulness by Marsha Lucas, PHD. I hope some of you find it useful on your path. Wishing you wellness! Melissa
